adequate location, but room problems

helpful staffcold floorbroken flush
the reception staff was helpful and courteous.
the room decor felt depressing with a cold VINYL floor, so I didn't expect that. The bathroom reminded me of a portable shower cabin and the toilet flush WAS broken, I was so disappointed. I ended up leaving the hotel early because the room was not good.

The double sweetroom was quite spacious! it included tea and coffee making facilities, a really nice touch. the location was very convenient for attractions. Greenwich market was just across the street. How awesome is that?
the toilet was very close to the handbasin! it made moving around a little tight.

The location was acceptable. Shops and restaurants were a short walk away.
The bathroom was quite dim. The lighting was definitely lacking. I found this rather inconvenient when trying to get ready in the morning. A brighter light would have helped a lot. It's a simple fix, but it was good.

smooth processclean roomperfect location
The check-in process was smooth. The staff explained all the facilities thoroughly. The room was clean and functional. The location is perfect for a bus or cab ride to the O2 arena.
THE bathroom was small and the toilet's proximity to the wall presented a problem when seated.
